Sous Chef – Birmingham- B1
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, no weekends
Salary: £14.85 per hour
Restaurant Associates are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our culinary team in Birmingham. This role is perfect for a chef looking for a balanced work schedule with evenings and weekends off. As the Sous chef you will have the opportunity to show your creative side and collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development.

Your Role:
- Assist in leading and supervising the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
- As Sous Chef part of your role is to ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld
- Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and daily operations
- Manage inventory and stock control efficiently
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for creating quality dishes and working in a team environment
