We're looking for a talented Chemical Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Role Overview:As a Chemical Process Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing chemical processes, improving production efficiency, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. You’ll play a critical role in troubleshooting and enhancing chemical processes, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to drive continuous improvement across the plant.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize chemical processes to improve production efficiency and product quality.
  • Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement to minimize waste and maximize yield.
  • Ensure that all processes meet environmental and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with maintenance, production, and R&D teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Lead or support process troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of process designs, changes, and results.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a process engineering role within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of chemical process design, optimization, and safety standards.
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders.
