Job title: Site Agent
Location: Washwood Heath (On-Site)
Contract length: 6 months contract
Working hours: Monday - Friday 40 hours
Pay rate: 450.00 per day (Umbrella)
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a Site Agent on behalf of a leading infrastructure company.
Job purpose:
We are seeking a Site Agent to undertake the management of a team of Sub Agents working on a large-scale construction project.
Responsibilities:
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Provide support and management to Sub Agents
- Assisting where needed in planning for site works and program scheduling
- Sharing construction knowledge with various teams to ensure works are completed efficiently
- Overseeing permits and certifications to ensure that all contractors are compliant on site
- Planning works and ensuring all Sub Agents have the resources required for completion
Qualifications/Experience:
- Degree in Engineering/Civil Engineering
- Strong management and leadership skills
- Good working knowledge of the construction industry, ideally with experience of reinforced concrete.
- Good communicator, able to liaise between multiple teams and clients
- Good understanding of costing and planning
- Previous Civils experience required
- SSSTS or SMSTS certification desirable
