Area Sales Manager - Capital Equipment

My client are a market leader in the manufacturing of industrial shredding machines and looking for an Area Sales Manager to manage the Midlands.
The Role
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the designated area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Stay informed about competitor products and industry advancements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to close sales successfully.
Requirements
- Sold circa 20 units per year
- Evidence circa 4m annual sales revenue
- Knowledge of industrial shredding machinery or capital equipment
- Experience in managing own diary and territory
Package
- Salary to 70,000 + Commission
- Company Car (BMW)
- 25 days annual leave
- Private healthcare
