The Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Executive will workplace solutions and interior refurbishment projects including mezzanine flooring, warehouse design, racking, partitioning, etc.

The successful Area Sales Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Executive will preferably be familiar with workplace solutions and commercial fitouts including mezzanine flooring, warehouse design, racking, partitioning, etc or an interest in this.

Youll be required to work from home, covering the West Midlands region.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop existing customers and win new business from new customers within the with commercial fitouts including mezzanine flooring, warehouse design, racking, partitioning, etc.
  • Engage with customers through inbound leads and canvassing, develop an understanding of the clients' requirements and help them find the perfect product for their needs.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential markets.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaise with CAD team to brief on projects
  • Covering the West Midlands
Requirements
  • Experience as an Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar
  • Exposure to commercial fitouts, workplace solutions or interior refurbishment including mezzanine flooring, warehouse design, racking, partitioning, etc.
  • Willingness to covering the West Midlands
  • Full UK driving License.
