Area Sales Manager - Windows, Doors & Conservatory Profiles

North & Midlands

£50,000 - £55,000 + £5,000 Bonus + Company Car

This well-established supplier of windows, doors, and conservatory profiles is looking to recruit an Area Sales Manager to drive growth within the trade and retail installer market. The company has a strong reputation for quality products and is expanding its presence across the North and Midlands.

The Role:Covering a defined territory, you will develop new business opportunities while managing an existing customer base of trade customers and retail installers. You will be responsible for driving sales and increasing market share, offering technical advice and product support where needed.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Prospecting and winning new business within the trade and retail sectors
  • Managing and growing existing accounts
  • Providing product training and technical support to customers
  • Negotiating pricing and contracts to achieve sales targets
  • Keeping up to date with market trends and competitor activity

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the fenestration industry (windows, doors, conservatory profiles)
  • Strong business development and relationship management skills
  • Target-driven with a proactive and ambitious approach
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Full UK driving licence

The Package:

  • £50,000 - £55,000 basic salary
