  • Field sales position selling a manufactured range of waterproofing systems such as: bitumen roofing, liquid waterproofing, single ply, holt melt, green roofing & roofing accessories
  • Majority of your time will be focused on critical infrastructure projects
  • All of your time will be spent selling to and getting specified with architects, quantity surveyors, specialist sub-contractor & end users
  • End user clients would include: Google, Microsoft & Film Studios
  • Working on both new build and refurbishment projects
  • Projects sizes vary between £500k-£3m

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Waterproofing & Roofing Systems experience with:

  • Ideally some experience of waterproofing, roofing, roofing membrane, insulation and liquid waterproofing products
  • Ideally have architectural specification sales experience in the building envelope / roofing industry
  • Would consider a building product sales person with an architect & contractors route to market
  • Would consider a waterproofing distribution sales person
  • Commercially aware
  • Tons of energy, autonomous, driven
