They are looking for a Business Development Manager in their Birmingham office, located in the city centre.Duties and responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include:
- Arranging and meeting new potential clients/referrers to the business. With a focus on profitable new build work but also residential conveyancing.
- Maintaining current business relationships being the "go to" for that business.
- Discuss and understand target/KPI's with the Director/Office Head to identify areas for attention and where growth is needed.
- Monitoring conversion levels with introducers to address where needed, liaising with our Marketing Team to discuss market strategies and future projects.
- Managing the new business team.
The person:
- Understand the importance of a new business operation within a legal environment
- Ability to manage a team and build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Target driven with a background meeting stringent targets
- Be able to evidence a successful track record of achieving new business success
- Fantastic communicator with the ability to comfortably speak with clients both on the telephone and in person
