Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Location: Edgbaston Village, Hagley RoadSalary: £35,000 - £40,000 + CommissionHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5 pm or 9 am - 5:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new business through B2B sales and outbound sales calls.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs.
  • Confidently deliver presentations and conduct client meetings.
  • Build and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

  • Proven experience in cold sales and outbound sales in a B2B environment.
  • Strong presentation and client-facing skills.
  • A proactive and ambitious sales approach with the ability to close deals.
  • Experience in managing client meetings and nurturing client relationships.
