Business Development Manager
Location: Midlands Based (Remote)
Basic Salary of £25k Plus £17k OTE Uncapped commission on all sales
THE CLIENT is a UK-based manufacturer looking to grow its client base with a new innovative product that is already proving to be a success.
THE JOB
You will be working closely with the Designer/Director; the product is a new innovative shower add-on to support those with mobility issues and is proving to have life-changing results for customers. (More details are available upon discussion) This is a remote based role working from home. You will be responsible for generating new business and opening doors within Care homes, councils, and bathroom adaptation businesses. Building relationships and generating business, leading to orders, trial orders and creating a client base. Making cold and warm calls to Key decision-makers such as Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists. Email campaigns and social media contacts such as Linkedin.
Proactively seeking new ways to generate business and contacts, also attending events and conferences.
THE CANDIDATE
- The ideal candidate will be a self-driven individual with telephone experience and a background in B2B sales.
- Previous exposure to the industry with existing contacts within the care sector is desirable but not essential.
- Must be hungry to succeed and interested in being a major part of this new business with future opportunities as the business grows working closely with the Director.

£25k Basic + £17k OTE Uncapped, 25 Days Holiday + 8 BH, Laptop, phone, pension contribution.
