- Build and Manage a Sales Pipeline: Drive engagement with leads using targeted content, automated campaigns, and event participation.
- Source and Qualify Opportunities: Scan for RFPs and ITTs, assess potential, and provide administrative support for high-potential opportunities.
- Nurture Leads: Transition Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), keeping prospects informed and engaged with the company’s services and offerings.
- Coordinate Events and Content: Organise and promote online and offline events and create impactful thought leadership materials.
- Outreach and Networking: Execute multi-channel outreach, attend networking events, and build relationships with senior leaders across sectors.
- Support Proposal Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts to prepare compelling proposals and case studies.
- Track and Report Progress: Regularly analyse engagement metrics to optimise pipeline effectiveness and conversion rates.
- 3+ years of experience in a commercially focused sales role, ideally within a digital agency environment.
- Proven ability to nurture and convert leads, achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills across multiple channels (phone, email, events).
- Strong knowledge of the digital industry and market trends.
- Experience managing campaigns, budgets, and tracking ROI.
- Consultative selling experience with tailored solutions.
- A tenacious and proactive approach to follow-ups.
