Main tasks and responsibilities* Manage and drive sales of new equipment in the Northern Region, particularly focusing on building entrances & secure automation solutions.* Engage directly with a mix of end users, contractors, and façade consultants, developing meaningful relationships that lead to successful long-term partnerships.* Provide accurate sales forecasts and develop growth plans to increase quality project-related enquiries.* Conduct site surveys, develop solution specifications, and work closely with estimators to offer tailored solutions to our clients.* Represent industry events, fostering relationships, and acting as an ambassador for our brand.
What you'll need to succeedExperience:* Demonstrated experience in business development and sales ideally within a construction environment.* Confident and experienced in conducting site visits.* Ability to communicate technical information precisely to both internal teams and external clients. Comfortable with speaking and delivering to large groups.* Confident in using CRM systems and proficient with MS Office.* Motivated by hitting targets, with a proactive and consultative sales approach.
