What You Will Do:
- Work closely with the Operations Director and Sales Director to implement a sales strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Drive sales and business development across the business.
- Develop a robust sales pipeline and opportunities, forecasting sales growth and profitability.
- Implement and manage operational plans for new accounts, developing third-party relations and strategic service partner networks.
- Collaborate with other group businesses to develop a self-delivery approach and identify other opportunities for Group services.
- Continually work with the team to develop and improve opportunities and services, fostering strong relationships with strategic clients.
What You Will Bring:
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, ideally within the facilities engineering or industrial sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- A track record of driving the sales process from planning to close and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Availability for frequent travel to meet the demands of the role.
