Description

  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the EdTech space, including K-12 schools, higher education institutions, and corporate training providers.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, key decision-makers, and strategic partners.
  • Present and demonstrate our SaaS platform's value to potential clients, aligning our solutions to their educational needs and challenges.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring all client needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to continuously refine business development efforts.
  • Manage and track sales pipeline through CRM tools and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

Profile

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the SaaS, EdTech, or technology space.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector and its challenges, along with a passion for using technology to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales analytics tools.
