If you have experience of hospital / surgical based medical devices sales, this may be for you. I am recruiting for a well established medical devices organisation who have expanded their portfolio into spinal surgery. The time is now to add value to their team and continue the growth with them.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for regional sales results and Business development for the product portfolio.
  • Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with key physicians.
  • Weekly activity reporting to the Business Manager.
  • Collaborating with the UK National Sales Manager and Area Managers as needed for sales related activities, and achievement of specific goals.
  • Responsible for competitive analysis within the territory
  • Participation in national and regional conventions.
  • Requires travel (local and overnight stays) to customers, conventions, major meetings, key physicians or for additional training
  • Monthly activity reports

QUALIFICATIONS:

(ONLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

  • Bsc / Msc or related experience
  • Experience with spinal, othopaedic and/or endoscopic surgery products preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in surgical/device/capital sales.
  • Independent, can do attitude
  • Must be able to drive with a clean license
