- Support in the development and own the delivery of Exhibitions lead generation plan
- Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound lead generation across core exhibitions market, as well as new and diversified markets
- Identify, implement, and deliver digital efforts including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
- Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging content and value-add lead magnets
- Identify and deliver new ways to attract and generate leads by widening the reach and scope of existing marketing and communications activity
- Create high impact creative copy that builds trust and demonstrates credibility and track record of success with multiple clients across sectors
- Work collaboratively with the Sales teams, managing online data and monitoring tools to identify and generate leads
- Analyse and optimise campaign and channel performance to improve conversion rate and effectiveness of activities
- Work in collaboration with the New Business and Venue Services sales team to design targeted campaigns that align with sales goals
- Work closely with other teams to develop and deliver activity to launch new initiatives
- Contribute to the scoping, planning and delivery of a comprehensive programme of activity to grow the business
- Significant marketing experience, with responsibility for a varied portfolio of activities, in a busy commercial environment
- Ability to prioritise multiple demands and ensure that delivery is focused on activities that add maximum value
- Up to date knowledge and experience of relevant processes, best practice, and tools, with noted focus on lead generation, nurturing and conversion
