We’re looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager who has a passion for live events whether they be music, sporting, or business and hobby focused. Alternatively, you may simply be wildly passionate about our City of Birmingham and proud that we have world class venues to showcase a wide range of interests. A large exhibition centre located in Birmingham is looking for a Campaign Marketing Manager to play a critical role in driving data-driven decision-making within the team. Your mission?   • Support in the development and own the delivery of Exhibitions lead generation plan
  • Develop and execute comprehensive inbound and outbound lead generation across core exhibitions market, as well as new and diversified markets
  • Identify, implement, and deliver digital efforts including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and digital advertising campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of engaging content and value-add lead magnets
  • Identify and deliver new ways to attract and generate leads by widening the reach and scope of existing marketing and communications activity
  • Create high impact creative copy that builds trust and demonstrates credibility and track record of success with multiple clients across sectors
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales teams, managing online data and monitoring tools to identify and generate leads
  • Analyse and optimise campaign and channel performance to improve conversion rate and effectiveness of activities
  • Work in collaboration with the New Business and Venue Services sales team to design targeted campaigns that align with sales goals
  • Work closely with other teams to develop and deliver activity to launch new initiatives
  • Contribute to the scoping, planning and delivery of a comprehensive programme of activity to grow the business
