We’re recruiting for a dynamic insurance broker seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join their team! If you excel in client-facing roles and thrive on turning challenges into opportunities, this is the perfect fit for you.

Our client is known for exceptional service and tailored insurance solutions. They prioritize strong relationships and innovative strategies to drive success. The successful Client Relationship Manager will be positioned within the commercial insurance team; therefore, Cross Class Commercial Insurance experience is required.

The Client Relationship Manager responsibilities:

  • Onboard New Clients: Guide new clients through the onboarding process to ensure they have a seamless experience.
  • Service Existing Clients: Conduct regular claims review meetings to provide ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with Underwriters: Work with internal underwriters and risk managers to enhance client insurance offerings.
  • Support Business Development: Assist Underwriters in developing new business opportunities and presentations.
  • Communicate Effectively: Present with confidence to clients and internal teams.
  • Travel Flexibility: MUST be willing to travel to meet UK-based clients as needed.

Essential Experience:

  • Proven relationship management in client-facing roles.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in complaints management and conflict resolution.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong knowledge of Cross Class Commercial Insurance products, particularly around Motor, Liability, and Property.

Preferable:

  • Based in the Southeast, but flexible for UK travel.
  • Insurance qualifications (Cert, Dip, ACII) are a plus!
