Client Success Manager

My client is a growing business with a strong presence in both the UK and US. They provide innovative solutions that help businesses and public sector organisations thrive. Their clients include some of the biggest names in both sectors, and they pride themselves on delivering excellent service through a talented and supportive team.

We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about building relationships and delivering great customer service. You’ll manage a range of clients across the UK, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any issues that arise. You’ll work with a supportive team and collaborate with different areas of the business, such as Sales and Technology, to ensure we deliver the best possible service.

Responsibilities:

  • Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring they receive the best service
  • Holding regular client meetings and handling any issues or concerns
  • Working with internal teams to improve service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Managing client expectations and keeping things running smoothly
  • Representing the client’s needs in internal discussions

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role (Service or Project Management)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confident working with different stakeholders, including senior management
  • Strong organisational skills, able to handle multiple priorities
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Desirable:

  • Experience in both private and public sectors
  • Some interest in Marketing as will be able to get involved with branding
  • Knowledge of finance or procurement processes
