MRK are pleased to be working exclusively for a luxury brand with the mandate of identifying the Cluster Revenue Manager to join their revenue team on a permanent basis. This role will be remote working, with travel required once or twice a month to their Birmingham office.

This job would suit someone with at least two years' experience in a revenue management role and ideally some experience across multi-unit and multi market roles ideally within the hotel industry.

The successful individual will have a proven track record of delivery and have excellent working knowledge of revenue systems, hotel processes and procedures. The candidate must be technically proficient with the great analytical skills and full range of hospitality systems. It is essential to be decisive, with demonstrable skills in making difficult decisions in a pragmatic and timely manner. The Cluster Revenue Manager will be highly organised, a creative and forward-thinking problem solver, as well as commercially savvy with a keen eye of detail.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate data management
  • Provide guidance on future rate setting
  • Collaborating with the strategy, reporting and pricing teams to gain insight, analysis and recommendations to drive top line delivery
  • Boost hotel performance against competitors
  • Work in partnership to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets for all sales streams and support the brand sales strategy
  • Provide up-to date expertise of market demand and all main competitors
  • Produce the annual rooms budget at market segmentation level; and participate in setting the complete annual budget and targets for your sites
