With over three decades of market presence, this organisation has carved out a strong niche within specialist commercial insurance, including areas such as life sciences, healthcare, medical malpractice, and clinical trials.While the business operates in specialist sectors, specific product experience is not essential. What matters most is your ability to lead a team, implement robust procedures, and drive performance through clear structure, process, and accountability.This opportunity is tailored for experienced insurance professionals who combine strong sales capability with proven leadership.
