- Management, planning and execution of event campaigns for defined customer segments across the Exhibition portfolio, ensuring activity is completed to a specific schedule
- Identify opportunities to improve the performance of Exhibition event programmes to showcase activity value, drive engagement, increase ancillary/ticket and optimise the customer journey
- Planning and development of campaigns to drive traffic to venue websites, capture data and improve conversions
- Support across PPC and paid advertising campaigns as necessary, ensuring work is within budget and delivers a ROI
- Monthly analysis and measurement of activities and digital performance, compiling reports on results and optimising areas for growth or improvement
- Ensuring all activation is aligned with wider plans regarding scale, objectives, audience, timings, and budget
- Develop engaging content to showcase the activity that takes place in the venues and the services offered for use across print and digital channels including venue screens, websites and social platforms.
- Provide support and project management for projects
- Work with the team Account Manager to help develop the briefs for internal and external teams.
- Proven marketing experience
- Previous experience in a fast moving, creative environment
- Previous experience working across B2C marketing
- Confidence and experience managing end to end marketing campaigns across all channels
- Proven experience of executing campaign strategy across multiple projects
- Copywriting skills with confidence in writing and developing compelling copy for web updates and campaigns
- Ability to coordinate activities and manage multiple projects with effective time management
- Knowledge and previous experience using Google Analytics
