Fantastic role as a CRM Adobe Manager, this is a 12 month FTC based in Birmingham 2 days a week and the rest working from home. This is paying circa £50K with asap start ideally.Key responsibilities will include:

  • In-house Adobe Campaign expert ensuring running all Adobe Campaign releases and functionality.
  • Responsible for developing technical and complex campaign workflow templates.
  • SME providing training, and support to all Adobe Campaign Executives and marketing community.
  • Liaison with Marketing, Product to support any upgrades or system issues that may arise.
  • Lead marketing technology innovation providing recommendations and technical documentation, as well as, testing any initiatives such as new channel integration, digital product development or new systems
  • Review Adobe performance, monitoring API, active profiles and campaign set ups.

Key skill requirements

  • Adobe campaign experience essential.
  • Excellent understanding of Campaign marketing management tools and other deployment platforms.
  • App, Email and/or SMS knowledge.
  • Experience of working in an Agency environment is desirable
  • Experienced in multi-channel campaign delivery and always on automated journeys.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles, innovation, and trends.
  • Experience in AI tools.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across regions and cultures.
  • Degree level or equivalent, CRM or e-commerce/direct marketing qualification preferred but not essential.
