Are you an experienced CRM Manager who is looking for your next exciting contract? We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a CRM Insight Manager to focus on managing and delivering Customer Insights through data-driven analytics and play a key role in driving targeted CRM campaigns via email, empowering the marketing team and broader business to effectively drive customer growth.

This leading transport business has various travel services in the UK, Europe, North Africa, North America and the Middle East.
THE ROLE
As a CRM & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering Customer Insights through data and analytics, as well as executing targeted CRM campaigns via email. Your work will empower the marketing team and broader business to drive customer growth and achieve success.
Specifically, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Enhance customer understanding and contribute to the development of a unified customer view, optimizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud for improved targeting and value through the measurement of effective CRM campaigns.
- Leverage analytical expertise to assess the effectiveness of CRM, Marketing, and Business Development activities, driving continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain performance dashboards for key initiatives, tracking trends and providing actionable insights to stakeholders using tools such as Tableau or other existing platforms.
- Support the new product development pipeline by delivering insightful data analytics, models, and metrics to inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain predictive models that guide real-time decision-making and determine the next best actions.
- Collaborate with the media agency to ensure accurate attribution, optimize marketing investments and programs, and embedding insights into audience planning and the execution of media campaigns.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in a senior role within analytics.
- Knowledge of using Salesforce, SAS, Braze, SQL/Postgres SQL, Tableau
- Hands-on experience with setting up multi-channel campaigns
- Transport/Agency experience is a plus
