This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM Systems Manager to take ownership of CRM strategy, optimise existing systems, and drive data-led insights that support business growth.
The RoleAs part of the Destination, Marketing & Insight team, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and optimising CRM systems to enhance efficiency, automation, and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the streamlining and restructuring of the existing CRM system and data management.
- Identify opportunities to automate data input and workflows, improving efficiency.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance CRM insights and decision-making.
- Provide market insights and research to support business strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Business Insight and Marketing, to align CRM processes with organisational goals.
- Take a proactive approach, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting CRM enhancements.
- Act as a key liaison across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure CRM adoption and success.
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems (Zoho or similar).
- 3 - 5 years' experience in a CRM management role.
- A strategic mindset with a passion for optimisation, automation, and data-led insights.
- Experience in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
