Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Manage the delivery of digital projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budgets are kept to.
- Collaborate with technical and creative teams to meet and exceed client expectations.
- Identify and develop commercial opportunities within client accounts.
- Provide recommendations to clients informed by the latest digital trends.
- Minimum 2 years of account management experience in a digital agency or integrated marketing environment.
- Understanding of digital marketing, web development, social media, SEO, and PPC.
- Strong multitasking and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Harvest).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
