We have an exciting opportunity for aSuccess Manager to join our digital team in Compass Group UK&I. Reporting to the Head of Digital Deployment and aligned to the sector Head of Specialist Projects, you will be responsible driving the digital strategy across Business & Industry. Your role will be to ensure the successful adoption, implementation, and ongoing satisfaction across the sector for both clients and customers with digital products, services and solutions.

The role involves a combination of customer relationship management, technical expertise, and strategic planning. You will be the lead advocate for our award-winning digital restaurant solutions such as app, POS, kiosks, AI tray scanning and many more features under our own Time2Eat brand. Currently live in over 300 outlets and growing.

You will workwith some of the most prestigious client brands and locations across the UK. Engaging with senior stakeholders and cross sector operations teams you will determine & advise on the best digital solutions that excite our customers, driving efficiency & profitability.

As a “mobile worker” there is a requirement to visit sites and office locations across the UK&I. You will also be expected to attend the office a minimum of one day per week.

The role:

  • Define and agree digital priorities/roadmaps, working closely with B&I leadership teams and operations.
  • Be the Sector champion for digital strategy - produce/present clear communications at all levels to ensure buy-in to what we are aiming to achieve. Provide direction on mid/long-term priorities.
  • Create standardised sales bid & retention ‘digital packages’ to drive consistency, quality & value. Support sales and retention bids with digital strategy and innovative solutions.
  • Bring to life the digital strategy with ‘art of the possible’ showcases (mobile or fixed).
  • Work closely across D&T product managers and sector to identify and petition digital demand requests. Support with scoping of requirements and a gather supporting evidence.
  • Promote the use of data and insight to make decisions that make the most difference for our customers and drive sales, participation, and brand loyalty.
  • Act as customer interface and sector digital SME working closely with operators to provide clients with up to date cutting edge solutions. You will support with client site visits and business reviews.
  • Identify and maintain Sector Digital Centres of Excellence, driving latest products and technologies showcasing best in class for the B&I sector.
  • Create and maintain a network of reference sites, provides case studies and client testimonials for existing and new clients. Support and arrange site visits ensuring locations are kept “tour ready”.

Skills required:

  • Track record of mobilisations and stakeholder management at senior levels.
  • Proven operational mobilisation experience - hands on and ability to work dynamically.
  • Experienced & enthusiastic in App or Digital Product development / implementation.
  • A great team player. Passionate about excellence in customer experience.
  • Proven success in senior business relationship management.
  • High degree of emotional intelligence and listening skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
