We are seeking an adept E-Commerce Manager who will be instrumental in driving the online sales and enhancing the customer experience for our industrial/manufacturing client.

Client Details

Our client is a prestigious player in the industrial and manufacturing sector. As a large organisation, they have a well-established presence in the industry and a reputation for their commitment to innovation and quality. They are situated in the end of Central Birmingham with strong transport links. Please note this role will be based on-site 5 days a week.

Description

The Ecommerce Manager will be response for

  • Develop and implement the company's e-commerce strategy to drive online sales
  • Improve the online customer experience and engagement
  • Manage and optimise the company's e-commerce platforms
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of e-commerce activities
  • Collaborate with the digital team to develop digital marketing strategies
  • Oversee the processing and delivery of online orders
  • Ensure the e-commerce platform is secure and user-friendly
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in e-commerce and digital technologies

Profile

A successful E-Commerce Manager should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field
  • Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing or a similar role
  • Strong working knowledge of Amazon and Amazon marketplace
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce technology and sophisticated analytics tools
  • Solid understanding of web design and web analysis
  • Proficiency in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • The ability to work from their Birmingham offices 5 days a week
