Reed Marketing & Creative are working with a successful family run business to recruit a dynamic and experienced E-Commerce & Marketing Manager to lead and develop their Ecommerce and digital functions.
This role involves full responsibility for managing and growing the Marketing and Ecom teams, ensuring all activities are aligned with the brand and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-Commerce Management: Achieve sales targets and ensure the website is on brand, up-to-date, and competitive.
- Customer Experience: Maintain an excellent user experience, manage relationships with external website agencies, and keep product information current.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute on-brand marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and develop the Ecom and marketing teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Digital Strategy: Oversee PPC/SEO strategies in collaboration with agencies to meet web and hotline performance targets.
We are looking for someone with extensive e-commerce and marketing management experience. We need someone who can execute the strategy, and manage and lead a small team. Someone who can manage PPC (either directly or via agency), utilise marketing budgets and look at ROI; and report back to senior management team.
Salary is up to £60k plus a generous bonus and hybrid working of 3 days office and 2 days home is on offer.
