Ecommerce and Marketing Manager – Luxury Furniture Company

Company Overview: SF Recruitment are supporting a long-established, family-run business providing high-quality home furnishings for over a century to recruit an Ecommerce and Marketing Manager into their team.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Oversee and develop Ecommerce and digital functions.
  • Lead and grow the Marketing and Ecommerce team.
  • Manage and enhance the overall Marketing function.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Achieve Ecommerce sales targets.
  • Ensure the website is on-brand, functional, and competitive.
  • Align digital and social media postings with company objectives.
  • Deliver on-brand marketing campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Foster a motivated team embracing continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Meet sales targets for websites and hotline.
  • Ensure customer UX is on-brand and up-to-date.
  • Keep website products updated; liaise with the buying team.
  • Organize photo-shoots and deliver segmented email campaigns.
  • Set and manage PPC/SEO strategy with agencies.
  • Manage Trustpilot relationship and update website policies.
  • Develop and implement Social Media strategy.
  • Drive traffic to websites and attract showroom visitors.
  • Achieve financial objectives and enhance brand reputation.
  • Liaise with external marketing companies and manage budgets.
  • Implement media efficiently and report to the executive team.
  • Identify new target markets and develop business cases.
  • Roll out showroom campaigns and manage POS updates.
  • Organize local events and engage with local communities.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in Ecommerce sales growth.
  • Retail experience essential; premium brands or home furnishings sector desirable.
  • Experienced people manager with a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail.
  • Experience managing agencies and third parties.
  • Effective communication skills and creative writing ability.
  • Ability to work across two group brands and manage multiple tasks.
  • Relevant technical competency or qualification.
