Description
As Head of Sales, you will:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives
- Take a lead role in building and executing your own personal sales pipeline
- Lead and support a small sales team to deliver on their objectives
- Cultivate relationships with key industry Enterprise stakeholders and partners
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to deliver YOY growth
- Identify new business opportunities within both end user and channel partnerships
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards
- Collaborate with other department heads to align company goals and strategies
Profile
As the successful Head of Sales, you should have:
- Demonstrable experience within the fleet sector, selling into Enterprise level organisations
- A proven sales background in direct Enterprise selling is key
- A strong understanding of the fleet sector, whether direct to end user, or via leasing partners
- Knowledge of SMR would be advantageous
- Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to travel as required across the UK
