Description

As Head of Sales, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve corporate objectives
  • Take a lead role in building and executing your own personal sales pipeline
  • Lead and support a small sales team to deliver on their objectives
  • Cultivate relationships with key industry Enterprise stakeholders and partners
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and reports to deliver YOY growth
  • Identify new business opportunities within both end user and channel partnerships
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality service standards
  • Collaborate with other department heads to align company goals and strategies

Profile

As the successful Head of Sales, you should have:

  • Demonstrable experience within the fleet sector, selling into Enterprise level organisations
  • A proven sales background in direct Enterprise selling is key
  • A strong understanding of the fleet sector, whether direct to end user, or via leasing partners
  • Knowledge of SMR would be advantageous
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to travel as required across the UK
