We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Account Manager to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This role requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to lead initiatives that enhance client relationships and business performance.

Internal Account Manager Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth within assigned accounts.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding product offerings, updates, and any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Lead projects aimed at improving customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.

Internal Account Manager Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B Sales account management or a similar role within a sales environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience in guiding teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Support Area Sales Mangers.
  • Conduct monthly sales reports to analyze and evaluate overall area performance.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
