We are looking for an Internal Sales manager, who can speak fluent French (vast French network of partners & clients!), to join us in our busy internal sales team, for this international company.
You’ll have experience in managing & motivating small internal sales teams to drive commerciality, foster a sales environment & manage your team to achieve targets.
To be clear – this is an internal sales role, so the vast majority of your team's time will be spent developing strong relationships with the partner network, the external sales team & making sure all cross sell / upsell opportunities are taken on point of order.

Location: Birmingham. Hybrid work pattern: 2 days from home, 3 in Birmingham office.

To be considered, we’d need to see experience of the below:
- French & English language skills
- Previous internal Sales team management experience; primarily B2B
- Managing a team to create a sales driven & customer centric culture
- Any experience in import / export would be great but not a requirement.
