The successful candidate will have a proven track record in relationship management and service/project selling within the fire and security industry. Your expertise in developing new and existing client relationships enables you to build your sales pipeline effectively and achieve annual targets exceeding £500,000. Key Account Manager - Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Work with the Group Sales Director to define target markets.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and digital marketing.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to explain services and address client concerns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with new business ventures.
  • Prepare reports for senior management on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Complete site surveys to design fire and security systems using our SaaS management system.
  • Present proposals and manage the pipeline by following up on quotations and negotiating opportunities.
