- Developing and implementing the Marketing Strategy across two different brands. Initially work with the SLT to develop a new strategy and brand re-positioning, and then execute – including website update and management
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to increase awareness, develop sales and events collateral. Support with presentations and tenders
- Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring effective integration across digital, print, and PR channels to maximise reach and impact.
- Graphic Design – Use graphic design software to create content for the marketing strategy but also supporting the wider team
- Manage social media channels, mainly LinkedIn, creating content and scheduling to engage new and existing customers
- Email campaigns – use MailChimp to contact customers on a regular basis
- Lead traffic generation initiatives across channels including social media, SEO, and PPC to drive engagement and generate leads.
- Engage and work with external marketing providers as required, whilst maintain excellent relationships with internal stakeholders, managing the internal intranet
- Experience in a Marketing Manager role having re-invented a marketing strategy and taken full responsibility
- Experience in supporting sales teams through marketing initiatives and materials.
- Ability to demonstrate commercial awareness
- Excellent Digital Marketing skills including PPC, SEO and social media management
- Graphic Design skills and ability to create content for different platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and management.
- Salary of up to £50,000
- Hybrid working opportunity – work from home one day per week
- Mon-Thurs 8.30 to 5pm with a 1.30 Friday finish
- 24 days annual leave + BH. 3 days will need to be reserved for Christmas
