We are seeking a Marketing Manager for a 12-month maternity cover position, with the potential for a permanent role after a successful probation period.
The ideal candidate should possess a 360 marketing skillset, along with sales experience, including pitching to clients and strong presentation abilities.
Creative graphic design skills are essential for creating engaging marketing materials such as social media posts, E-shots, and brochures.
The role requires hands-on experience in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude, with a salary ranging from £25,000 to £30,000 based on experience.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and be familiar with tools like Adobe and InDesign.

Someone who is creative and has good graphic design to create engaging social media posts, E-shots, brochures etc and who can create plans for lead generation

Location; Birmingham

Responsibilities

Create sales & marketing plans and implement them
Create visual marketing material such as social media posts
Send engaging emails
Canva, create great marketing to produce sales
Lead generation. Create marketing to help the sales team
Training customers on the products/software
Occasionally attend an event/exhibition

Requirements

Experience with digital marketing
Hands-on and autonomous
Excellent communication skills in dealing with customers
Positive can-do attitude
Good graphic design skills/ knowledge using Adobe/ InDesign etc

Package

Salary 25,000 to 30,000 depending on experience
