Sea Global are proud to be partnering with one of the UK’s leading housing and procurement organisations, who have rich history and work to create efficiencies and savings for clients within the social housing sector predominantly.

Over the past few years they have grown tremendously in size, now with over 180 clients, they are looking to add to the Member Services team. They are ideally looking for someone from an administration and customer service background within the Housing Sector but are open to different industries.

Reporting into the Director of Member Services, the successful candidate will support the wider Member Services Team, who are a close-knit bunch and are really supportive. This role is a hybrid role, where you will be going into the Birmingham based office three times a week with the option to work from home for two days a week.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the full Member Services Team and ensuring that outstanding customer service is provided to our members and supply chain partners.
  • Responsible for identifying potential new members, sending and tracking membership packs, and ensuring the team is kept informed of all developments.
  • Assists in drafting management and agent reports, conducts competitor analysis and mystery shopping, and runs operational reports for the COO, Director, and Board.
  • Organizes and tracks review meetings for clients, attends key client meetings and internal operational meetings, and tracks follow-up actions.
  • Prepares draft member review reports, drafts social media content and issues bulk emails.

Experience & Requirements

  • Customer service and account management experience.
  • Can handle multiple tasks at once and is comfortable working in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Great communication skills and extremely organised.
  • Experienced within Social Housing or similar sectors (desirable, not essential)
  • Has a basic understanding of Procurement (desirable, not essential)
