Over the last decade, we have grown a very successful multi-million-pound business that specialises in roofing products.

As the merchant market is a new sector for us, we are trying to increase our market presence. We have joined trade organisations to support this.

As a business, we know our vision will not happen overnight and are prepared to invest in this new team to allow success to follow.

The newly created role of National Sales Manager – independents and buying groups is part of our growth plan to increase our market share and have multiple routes to market.

 The focus of the role will be to identify all buying groups and independent merchants that would benefit from stocking our products.

You will devise a business plan to assess the market and enter into an agreement with the correct buying groups and merchants. You will map out all the independents that are not part of buying groups and create an approach.

 

After buying group deals are in place you will recruit a national sales team to support a nationwide rollout. You will be responsible for recruiting and managing this team.
