We are seeking a technically skilled and creative Performance Marketing Manager to join their team and help them optimise their marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and measure performance-based marketing campaigns, optimizing based on performance data.
  • Configure and manage server-side Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate tracking and data collection.
  • Develop and implement technical and content-driven SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid search, paid social, and digital advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyse and manage marketing data, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and maintaining high-quality data integrity.
  • Contribute to the development and management of marketing attribution models using Salesforce and Pardot to understand the impact of various campaigns on lead generation.
  • Create multimedia content, including success stories, advertorials, website content, and video content briefs.
  • Conduct ongoing analysis of campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization and improvement.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in performance marketing, making recommendations as technology evolves.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value.
  • Work cross-functionally, collaborating with other teams and suppliers.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a technology company, with a strong focus on technical marketing, SEO, and PPC.
  • Proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Bing Ads, YouTube advertising, social media platforms, SEMRush, email marketing, Salesforce, and Pardot.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
  • Excellent understanding of marketing attribution models, digital marketing tools, and conversion rate optimization strategies.
  • Skilled copywriter with the ability to balance a data-driven approach with creativity.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience with Power BI is a plus, but not essential.
