Our client is seeking a technically skilled and creative Performance Marketing Manager to optimize our marketing efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for devising and implementing performance-driven marketing strategies that engage our target audiences effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Design, execute, and monitor performance-based marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to diverse target audiences. Optimize campaigns using performance data to enhance results continually.
  • Paid Advertising Management: Create and manage paid digital advertising and retargeting campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Bing Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn, with a focus on reducing CPA and maximizing ROAS.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance against KPIs utilizing tools such as Google Analytics to extract actionable insights and inform strategy.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Embrace a data-driven approach to campaign optimization, employing techniques like A/B testing, UX improvements, UTM tracking, personalization, retargeting, and usage of tools like heatmaps and Hotjar recordings.
  • SEO Strategy Development: Develop and implement technical and content-driven SEO strategies to enhance organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Agency Management: Oversee an external digital marketing agency to ensure effective implementation and refinement of Google Tag Manager, GA4, marketing pixels, and other tracking mechanisms.
