We are recruiting for a Performance Marketing Manager (Social and Video) on a full time, permanent basis.

Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid in office 2 days a week

Role Overview:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with proven experience in digital marketing, particularly focusing on social media and video content as a "Performance marketing Manager (Social and Video)".

The role supports the Senior Digital Performance Manager in advancing both the social media and video strategies, whilst taking ownership of the digital creative production strategy. Key responsibilities include ensuring timely delivery of creatives that align with platform best practices, current trends, and brand guidelines for optimal performance.

This hands-on position requires frequent monitoring of performance, reporting, and optimising, alongside the regular uploading of new advertisements across key social media platforms. Managing day-to-day operations of the digital creative production team will also be a significant aspect of this role. Experience in working with creative teams and managing workflows for high-volume, cross-channel outputs is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately upload new creatives to platforms, ensuring they are error-free and ready for publishing.
  • Review and analyse creative performance, providing feedback and insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Recommend and execute A/B tests on creative styles and ad copy, reporting findings to drive continuous improvement in creative execution.
  • Regularly brief the in-house digital creative team with clear guidance, including competitor examples, to foster innovation and excellence, ultimately improving click-through rates (CTR%) and conversion rates (CvR%).
  • Collaborate with the wider digital team to manage and deliver creative projects by writing briefs, prioritising creative work, and overseeing weekly workflows for social media channels.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard, effectively managing large volumes of briefs and creative assets.
  • Build relationships with brand and creative teams to support campaign briefs that will be executed across various channels, both above-the-line (ATL) and below-the-line (BTL).
  • Support creative workflows for web design and email campaigns when necessary, working closely with the digital team.
  • Champion innovation in creative production by exploring new tools and AI technologies to enhance testing, increase creative output, and improve automation.
  • Monitor competitor activity in performance channels, identifying creative strategies to address and manage competitive tactics.
  • Develop relationships with platform managers at major social media companies to leverage insights and data that inform the overall social strategy, supporting brand growth and organic content.

Candidate criteria:

  • Social Platform Knowledge (used from a paid perspective)
  • 2+ years Meta/Tiktok/YouTube
  • Previous Management experience
  • Project management/Organisation skills
  • Experience with other AV (TV/Bvod video on demand/pinterest/display)
  • Influencer Management
  • Experience within a similar sector, ideally within beauty or wellness
  • Budget management
