Location:Â East Midland but will be based in Nottingham twice a week
Salary: Circa £60,000 but open to higher depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm or Monday to Friday 8 am to 4 pm

About our Client and the role of Product Marketing Manager
We're looking for an exceptional marketing leader with a background in mortgages or savings to drive the execution of our clients new brand and deliver compelling product value propositions and communications.
This role is perfect for a strategic thinker who thrives on pushing boundaries and creating marketing campaigns that get people talking. Acting as the key interface with commercial teams, you'll use your outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills to align marketing strategies with business priorities. You'll develop and implement communication plans, leveraging resources across the wider marketing community to achieve ambitious objectives. Fast-paced and multifaceted, this role reports to the Head of Product Marketing, with opportunities to deputise and collaborate closely with teams across Brand, Marketing & Communications and Customer functions. Responsibilities for the role of Product Marketing Manager
- Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention across branches, digital, and intermediaries.
- Support the activation of the rebrand through product and proposition-led initiatives.
- Lead product marketing plans for lending and savings, focusing on customer value propositions, target segments, and buyer personas.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and campaigns across B2B & B2C channels (digital, social, PR, email, events).
- Advise on cost-effective communications and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
- Monitor campaign performance, adjust strategies, and report on ROI.
- Act as a key partner to business leadership, collaborating across functions to align marketing with business goals.
- Manage third-party agencies and customer insights to ensure effective marketing delivery.
- Ensure compliance with Consumer Duty principles and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and report operational or regulatory risks to your line manager.
- Ensure Consumer Duty principles are embedded in team practices.
Experience required for the role of Product Marketing Manager
- Proven track record in designing and delivering product marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Experience in developing customer-focused marketing plans and evaluating campaign success.
- Significant experience in stakeholder and third-party management, demonstrating value and ROI.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop impactful short- and long-term product marketing plans.
- Strong understanding of the savings and mortgage markets, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Expertise in customer behaviour and marketing trends to influence effective planning.
- Proven experience managing successful campaigns across all channels, particularly digital and social.
- Analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communicator, skilled in cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time.
- Highly creative in developing compelling product and marketing campaigns.
