Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a national consumer service business who are backed by a large international corporation to recruit for a Recruitment Marketing Executive on a full time permanent basis.

Location: Solihull

Salary: 30,000-35,000 (DOE)

Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid (1 day a month in office)

Start date: October 2024 - Jan 2025

The role:

In this role you will be working with the Marketing team to deliver innovative lead generation campaigns that will attract new talent to the business across all domains and qualification levels . You will have experience in delivering recruitment marketing campaigns and work alongside recruitment team as well as the marketing team to support the growth of the business through brand awareness and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Lead the recruitment marketing strategy across online and offline channels, from planning to execution and performance tracking.
  • Develop and implement national, regional, and local campaigns to boost brand awareness and generate leads, supporting talent acquisition across all business areas.
  • Analyse data to evaluate recruitment campaign effectiveness, using insights to make data-driven decisions and report on ROI, demonstrating impact on talent attraction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to create engaging written and video content that aligns with the employer brand.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for recruitment marketing activities, ensuring all efforts align with the company's brand and goals.
  • Produce creative content and provide clear briefs for internal design teams and external agencies.
  • Design marketing plans to support early-career programs, including graduate, internship, and professional development initiatives.
  • Act as a brand champion, evolving the employer brand with input from the senior brand team.
  • Ensure careers pages are updated with relevant campaigns and content, while exploring new digital channels for attracting talent.
  • Stay current on digital marketing tools and recruitment strategies, working closely with the brand team to implement resources.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to maintain competitive job offerings and compelling candidate messaging.
  • Build relationships with industry publications to enhance visibility.
  • Support recruitment events and exhibitions, attending as necessary.
  • Collaborate with other business units to share best practices on employer branding and talent acquisition.

Candidate criteria:

  • Develop and implement recruitment marketing strategies within a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
  • Write engaging creative briefs and manage campaigns from concept through to execution.
  • Leverage expertise in digital marketing channels and industry best practices.
  • Effectively manage and deliver campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Apply best practices to strengthen and promote the employer brand.
  • Degree or qualification in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Interpret digital performance data and make informed decisions to optimise campaign results.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including strong proofreading skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create content that aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior management.
