Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key Gold accounts, which primarily include subcontractors (e.g., roofing, tiling, joinery, landscaping) and main contractors.
- Focus on converting leads provided by the Business Development and Specification teams, maintaining the highest possible conversion rate.
- Manage a project pipeline and ensure all critical data is kept current and accurate.
- Conduct regular client visits to reinforce relationships and resolve any issues effectively.
- Provide market insights and feedback to inform business decisions and strategies.
- Responsible for £2-3m of revenue annually in project sales and large value deal negotiations.
- This is a remote role but would require up to 2 days per week of travelling (to cover Northern England, Birmingham up to and inclusive of Scotland), the rest would be from a home office - IT equipment provided.
- Experience in project or face-to-face sales, ideally within construction or a related industry.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to sales.
- Demonstrated ability to manage sales pipelines and close deals effectively.
