As we expand, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team and help drive growth in the region. Job Overview: The regional sales manager will be responsible for leading sales within the designated geographic area and through the specification of our Emergency Lighting products and systems ensuring consistent profitable growth. Through following the sales strategy, identifying new business opportunities, cementing strong client relationships, pro-active planning and management.This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong ability to foster relationships and be highly motivated to achieve results. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned area.
  • Research and Identify new business opportunities and optimize existing relationships.
  • Fulfil all set objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short and long term sales.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline ensuring consistent sales growth within the region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, clients, and strategic partners.
  • Lead negotiations and sales presentations, ensuring the best possible solutions for clients and closing high-value deals.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
  • Work in close collaboration with internal sales and project delivery teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Provide a high level of customer service ensuring optimal customer experience.
