InstaStaff are currently supporting a manufacturing and distribution company with the recruitment of their new Regional Sales Manager.
My client supply to the construction industry, so experience within this industry is essential.
The Regional Sales Manager role will be predominantly covering the Midlands, but traveling to other areas in the UK may be required from time to time. Their head office is in Erdington.
As the Regional Sales Manager you will have to take care of the existing customers and develop new customers by presenting to potential clients and undertaking product demonstrations.
The duties of the Regional Sales Manager will be:
- Managing and growing exiting and lapsed client accounts
- Identifying new areas for growth
- Visiting sites and undertaking demonstrations of company products
- Booking your own appointments and managing your own diary
- Predominantly working in the construction, tarmac and concrete industries
- Developing a sales strategy
- Building relationships with existing, new and lapsed clients
- Preparing and reviewing sales reports and forecasts
- Networking
- Presenting daily
The ideal Regional Sales Manager will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- Experience of new and existing sales
- Experience within the construction industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK driving licence
Salary for the Regional Sales Manager is basic of circa £35,000, 2% commission on all sales, commission is uncapped, and average sales should easily be an average of £15,000 per week.
Hours for the Regional Sales Manager are 40 hours per week, you manage your own diary.
