Regional Sales Manager – Food Wholesale – Birmingham, South Wales, Southwest

£50,000 + Bonus + Car

This role isn’t for the faint-hearted because these aren’t your average products—this is all about Food and FMCG, and as Regional Sales Manager, your mission is simple: grow sales and profits.

You’ll be managing a team of Area Sales Managers across the South Division (think Birmingham, South Wales, and the South West).

 

The Role

  • You'll need to lead and motivate your team to hit targets, keep margins in check, and keep the customers coming back for more.
  • That means you’ll be in the field with your team, making sure they’re on top of their game and delivering a service that’s as good as the products.
  • And yes, you’ll be leading from the front—with key accounts, too.
