Sales Co-Ordinator-Birmingham City Centre (Hybrid Working)

Competitive hourly pay rate; £97 - £105 per day PLUS amazing Office Angels Temp Benefits

Flexible Working; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:00, 9:00am-5:00pm , 10:00am - 6.00pm (37.5 hours per week)

Duration; Temporary Contract, 3 - 4 months (potential extension)

What does the role involve?

  • Supporting the Sales Manager in the sale of venue hire across 9 locations in Birmingham
  • Building relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are managed effectively
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the business to monitor profitability
  • Collecting and tracking essential data to measure KPIs and performance against budget
  • Handling administration, including contracts, invoices, and event-related paperwork

You will have the opportunity to use your following competencies in this role:

Self-motivated - being a natural self-starter you can seek out answers, be driven to obtain positive results, use your initiative and focus on your own workload within set time frames.

Organised - you can plan your day and week, prioritising important tasks, moving these around as and when required and keeping on top of your workload.

Good attention to detail - you can spot errors easily, you know when something 'doesn't look right', you present your work in a professional manner, and you will always check your output on a regular basis.

Teamwork - contributing to a team who offer knowledgeable experience, you can present ideas and have a confident input at small team meetings.

Is this you?

· Previous sales, customer service and administration experience

· Strong ability to deliver services in line with business goals and targets

· Knowledge and understanding of the arts and culture sector (would be advantageous)

· Excellent teamwork and communication skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders

· Proven track record in meeting customer needs and understanding client requirements
