This is an exciting opportunity to support the Commercial Manager, coordinating customer orders, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments and clients. The role:
As a Sales Coordinator, your role will be crucial in supporting the Commercial Manager in all aspects of sales coordination. You will be responsible for engaging in telephone sales calls with both 'cold' and 'warm' prospective customers, discovering new business leads through various channels.
- Engage in telephone sales calls with both 'cold' and 'warm' prospective customers.
- Discover new business leads using various means including utilising existing database, internet & social media.
- Nurture positive relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate order processing, collaborating closely with operations and logistics teams.
- Assist in generating sales reports, tracking KPIs, and analysing sales performance.
- Identify and propose improvements to enhance the sales coordination and customer service process.
The Right Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Coordinator position brings along 2+ years of experience in a similar role. Your enthusiasm for propelling sales forward coupled with your ability to work under pressure makes you stand out. Your focus on customer service combined with your excellent verbal and written communication skills enables you to effectively manage client relationships.

- 2+ years of experience in a sales coordination, customer service or administrative roles.
- Enthusiastic about propelling sales forward with the ability to work under pressure.
- Customer focussed with excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organisational abilities with good mathematical skills.
- Good Listener, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organised with effective time management skills & ability to multi-task and prioritise.
