Location – Nationwide wide – ideally located centrally or South West
£65,000 - £85,000 plus car, bonus and additional benefits package – the reason for the salary range is we will consider candidates ready for the next step and candidates at this level already.

We are a recognised brand in our part of the building materials supply industry, but we are not the everyday product you would expect.

Our business model is to only sell through builder’s merchants but also through OEM manufacturers that our products work alongside.

We have a range of products that work alongside each other to help us maximise our basket spending within our distribution partners.

The role of the Sales Director will include the following:

  • Lead, engage, and inspire a national sales team
  • Upskill and train your team – the aim is to have an engaged high performing nationwide team all working toward a common goal
  • Understand current skills and gaps
  • Be the face of the business representing them at industry events across the UK
  • Full P&L responsibility
  • You will research and identify areas for growth (markets and products)
